We focus on attainable housing, and we believe the best way to grow is together: mentoring, sharing resources, and opening doors for the next builder.
Rasheed Thompson, Founder & Principal
Rasheed Thompson is the Founder & Principal of 365 Homes, a Tacoma-based homebuilder helping families across the South Sound find a home, find community, and build generational wealth. Before building homes, Rasheed worked as an educator and nonprofit leader, and he brings that same commitment to people into every project. For the past two years he has served as Chief of Staff for 1DROP, and he is a founding member of a real estate developer cohort. Rasheed focuses on attainable housing, from ADUs and DADUs to single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes. He is passionate about mentoring and sharing resources so that more people can build, own, and grow in the communities they call home.
